Slow Flow Yoga: Mondays at 5:00 p.m. at the Penobscot County Wellness Center  (Penobscot Public Employees Only)

Coming soon to the Bangor Y: Prenatal Yoga

Tuesdays 7:30-8:15 and Wednesdays 5:15-6:00 October 20th-December 30th
